Long Island Iced Tea
The Long Island iced tea, or Long Island ice tea, is an IBA official cocktail that can easily catch you off guard. Long Island Ice Tea is typically made with tequila, vodka, light rum, triple sec, gin, and a splash of cola. Despite its name, the cocktail does not typically contain iced tea but is named for having the same amber hue as iced tea.
Ingredients
½ fluid ounce vodka
½ fluid ounce rum
½ fluid ounce gin
½ fluid ounce tequila
½ fluid ounce triple sec (orange-flavored liqueur)
1 fluid ounce sweet and sour mix
1 fluid ounce Coca-Cola
1 lemon slice

Mai Tai

Ingredients
1 cup ice cubes
3 fluid ounces of pineapple juice
2 fluid ounces orange juice
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger spiced rum
½ (1.5 fluid ounces) jigger coconut-flavored rum
1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
Preparation: Shake all ingredients except the dark rum together in a mixer with ice. Strain into glass and float the dark rum onto the top. Garnish and serve with a straw.

Ingredients
2 oz. of American rye whiskey
5 oz. of sweet vermouth
1-3 dashes of Angostura bitters
2-3 ice cubes
